			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last week I wrote the following:  &#8220;Like most people, I ate more than usual over the holidays.  I gained 2 pounds.  My goal is to lose those two pounds, plus 1 by January 15th&#8230;.In the past, I would have spent so much time beating myself up about the 2 pounds that I might have thrown in the towel &#8211; completely.   This time I recognized that this situation calls for grace, not punishment.   I am keeping the focus on faith&#8230;.At my weigh-in on Saturday we&#8217;ll see if it works.&#8221;  Update:   Well I am very happy to report that focusing on faith worked!
